Sink Overflow

This water damage from a home in Syracuse, NY. The customer had a sink overflow in the 2nd floor bathroom. As you can see from the before picture, the water ran down the stairs and to the first floor. We removed the affected carpeting and pad so that the subfloor could be dried in a timely manner. Our customer was very happy with how quickly we were able to arrive at the home and begin mitigation. She was happy to have the wet carpet and pad removed so that she could travel up and down her stairs without getting her feet wet every time.
