Sump Pump Back Up

This basement in Syracuse, NY flooded when a sump pump backed up in the customer's unfinished basement. They had about an inch of water throughout their basement. This incident made the customer nervous to go into their basement due to the grey water that covered their basement floor. We quickly arrived on-site to extract the standing water. We then cleaned, sanitized the affected area. We placed equipment and began to dry the affected contents and structural materials for the customer. The after picture was taken only a couple days after the incident occurred. The customer was very happy with our fast response.
