Rotted Wood

Our SERVPRO offers many different types of remediation. This house had rotted wood underneath it's siding from not being sealed properly when the siding was installed. This led to the wood rotting behind the siding. When the homeowner went to build a deck and needed to connect the deck to the house, they discovered this rotted wood which was not strong enough to support a new deck. SERVPRO has a contractor to complete the necessary repairs and replace the rotted wood with fresh wood and ensure the siding is properly sealed so that more water doesn't get in and ruin the newly installed wood.
