Roof Leak

This home in Manlius, NY was affected by a roof leak that had been going on for sometime before the customer noticed the water spots on the ceiling. Our crew came out and found water had saturated the insulation in the ceiling and eventually came through the drywall. We removed the affected drywall and insulation. Our crew used a dehumidifier to dry the wood studs and cleaned any existing mold from the area. The homeowners can now have the drywall and insulation replaced without fear that any further damage will occur. The customer was very happy with the quick service they received from our technicians.
