We have been in Business for over 25 Years

May 2018 was our 25th anniversary. It was then, that John Halko began a one man business, with one truck, just a little bit of equipment and a whole lot of passion for helping people. Today, we have over 20 employees, enough vehicles for multiple crews, and a lot of high tech equipment to support our community even in storm situations. 

CE Class

Two times a year we host Continuing Education Classes for those in our community who need these credits. We offer the classes for free to local Insurance Agents and Adjusters, and Property Managers. On these days, we offer free breakfast and lunch during the classes. This is a great way to get to know our company and the things that we do. We try to offer classes that people are interested in and need.

We Value Our Local Fire Departments

We understand the risk our local fire fighters take everyday fighting fires to save the lives of those in trouble, to save homes and businesses from total destruction. We appreciate the job that they do.

We Support our Community

John Halko, the owner of SERVPRO of North Onondaga County, is a very giving man. John understands that in order for his company to be truly successful, we need to give back to our community. Every Friday, the office staff have the opportunity to wear jeans to work for a donation to a charity. For the past two years, the jean donations have gone towards supporting Toys for Tots. In addition to this, we encourage all employees to bring in new, unwrapped toys to support this cause. This year, we offered a free 2 room carpet cleaning when a community member brought in a toy donation. We will donate these toys to Toys for Tots on December 12th this year!

We have Experience

Meet Lew Balch (left) and Jeremy Wolfe (right). They have been working with us for over 15 years now! Lew does our duct cleanings, maintenance's our vehicles so they're always ready to go and works on our specialty projects. Jeremy is one of our Operations Managers. He oversees the construction side, water, fire and mold losses. 

These two are a great team together and they are essential to our business and where we are today as a company. We're so thankful to have these guys on our team!
